Every vacate clean follows a detailed checklist. A standard end of lease clean covers:
- Kitchen: oven inside and out including racks, trays and glass door, rangehood and filters, cooktop, splashback, sink and taps
- Kitchen cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out

If Your Agent Flags Something
If your property manager raises a cleaning item after the final inspection, and it is part of the scope we cleaned, send us the inspection notes or photos as soon as you can. We will review them and come back to address the flagged areas promptly.
This covers cleaning only. No cleaner can promise your full bond, because the bond also covers rent, damage and other lease obligations. We give you a clear, fixed quote before we start. The price depends on a few simple things:

Before We Arrive
To get the best result, the property should be fully vacated of furniture and personal belongings, unless you have booked a furnished clean. Electricity and hot and cold water need to be connected, because our equipment relies on them. Book the clean for after the removalists and before the final inspection, and leave a day of buffer if you can.
